Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Your Calm Bag will be lovingly packaged and usually shipped within 3 working days.

The delivery time is a total of 7-9 days – but usually your moment of peace arrives a little earlier.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

This way you always know when your moment of peace has arrived.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your Calm Bag has not yet been shipped, you can simply send us a message.

We will then calmly and straightforwardly check whether changes are possible.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany costs €4.90.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Do you also ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Germany.

However, we are currently investigating whether we will soon be able to deliver to other countries as well.

What is included in a Calm Bag?

Each Calm Bag is a little surprise – with lovingly selected products from the areas of beauty, self-care and everyday life.

On the product page you will find a rough overview of the contents, so you can get an idea of ​​what to expect – but never the full magic.

Are all the products new?

Yes, of course.

All items are new, unused and are carefully inspected before being packaged.

What happens if I order multiple bags?

If you order multiple Calm Bags, we will make sure that the contents are not duplicated as much as possible.

This way, each bag remains unique – even if you treat yourself to several moments of peace and quiet.

Can I specify my preferences?

Our bags are deliberately put together to surprise you.

However, if you have an allergy or a specific preference, please write to us – we will find a quiet solution.

Gift wrapping & orders as a gift

Can I give a Calm Bag as a gift?

Yes – every Calm Bag is aesthetically packaged and makes a wonderful gift.

If you order multiple bags, they will be shipped together in one box to save resources.

If you wish, you can add gift wrapping for individual bags (for an extra charge) – directly in the shopping cart.

Can I add a personal message?

Not yet, but we're working on it.

Just send us an email if you'd like to include a note – sometimes we can find a solution right away.

Returns & Service

Can I return a Calm Bag?

Of course, all orders placed with Scoop & Calm are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Please note: As each Calm Bag is assembled as a complete set , a return can only be made if the bag is returned to us complete and unused .

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return individual products from the bag.

If something arrives damaged or you're dissatisfied for any other reason, please write to us – we'll always find a calm and fair solution. 🤍
